The digitalkazakhstan.org website is owned and operated by Digital Kazakhstan NPO, Astana. In force since 14 May 2026.
1. Acceptance
- Accessing the site and using its content implies unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Site purpose
- The site is an information resource of the Digital Kazakhstan association, which coordinates the country's infrastructure digitalisation programme.
- Published materials (standards, equipment registry, training base, news) are advisory and not legally binding.
- Specifications, standards and templates are reference materials — applying them in specific projects requires validation by qualified specialists.
3. Intellectual property
- All site materials — texts, graphics, code, databases — are protected by Kazakhstan copyright and related rights.
- Citation with an active link to the source is allowed for non-commercial purposes.
- Full or partial copying for commercial use requires written permission of the association.
- The 'Digital Kazakhstan' logo and related marks are the property of the association.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for unlawful activity, infringement of third-party rights, distribution of malware or spam.
- Do not perform automated scraping at a rate that disrupts the service (rate limit: 60 requests per minute per IP).
- Reverse-engineering, intrusion into protected areas and circumvention of access controls is forbidden.
